Anna is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and specialized training in Emotion Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and yoga.
